Timings & Process

• We aim to dispatch a delivery within 24 hours of an order going through
• Shipped via standard courier delivery
• You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched
• Delivery then takes 2-4 days so altogether we estimate 3-5 working days to land on you doorstep after ordering
• Deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 8 am and 6 pm
• Please check your delivery within 24 hours of arrival and report any missing or damaged items to us promptly

Timings & Process

• These are made on a bespoke basis so have a 6-8 week production lead time before dispatch
• We’ll keep you informed of any unavoidable delays
• Delivery is made by a specialist courier on pallets within then 3-5 working days, so up to 9 weeks to you following order confirmation
• Delivery is pavement only due to product weight
• Deliveries are made by a tail-lift lorry and pallet truck, which will offload to a flat, accessible area at the kerbside
• Pallet trucks cannot be moved over steps, gravel, or uneven ground
• Please ensure an adult (18+) is available to receive the delivery
• Inspect your goods carefully before signing for them
• If damage is visible, sign the delivery note as “damaged” (not “unchecked”) and email photos to us within 24 hours
• If no one is available, or access is restricted, re-delivery fees may apply
