If you change your mind, or if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to put right.

1. Cancelling an Order

  • You can cancel any order before dispatch, within 24 hours for a full refund

2. Returning a Product

You can return electrical products non-faulty items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled
  • It’s in perfect, resaleable condition in its original packaging
  • You’ve received written authorisation from us before sending

This doesn't apply to radiators as they are made up and finished on a bespoke basis.

Refunds are issued within 14 days once goods are received and inspected

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Report damage of any product within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email customerservices@chameleonincolour.com with your order number, photos, and description of the issue. We’ll confirm next steps and guide you through the process
  • For electricals, once sent to the manufacturer (customer to fund return transport and keep proof of postage), items are tested within 10 working days. Confirmed manufacturing faults will be repaired, replaced, or refunded any confirmed defect
  • For radiators, the manufacturer will replace, repair, or refund any product found to have a genuine manufacturing fault (defects in casting or materials), free of charge, within the 10 year warranty period. This is regardless of its customised nature. This also extends to free delivery return and replacement.
    Faults arising from incorrect installation, system corrosion, or third-party refinishing are excluded.
    Manufacturer may choose to replace only the defective section of a sectional radiator. In certain cases, reasonable reinstallation costs (up to £200) may be reimbursed once approved in writing
