These terms explain how we work with you, the guarantees in place, and what to expect from your order.

1. Our Partners

• We collaborate with two trusted British manufacturers to bring you outstanding craftsmanship. One for cast our iron radiators and one for electrical switches, dimmers, and sockets

• All products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee

2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full
  
• Chameleon cast iron radiators are made or finished to order, so please review all details carefully before confirming
  
• Title to goods passes to you only after full payment is received
  
• We cannot amend or cancel made-to-order products once production has begun
  

3. Product Details

• We take care to ensure accuracy, but small variations in colour, finish, or texture are natural
  
• Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance
  
• Sizes and proportions are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances
  

4. Manufacturer Warranties & Guarantees

A. Cast iron radiators: 10-year manufacturer’s warranty

• Covers manufacturing defects only
• Excludes corrosion, misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised refinishing
• Installation must be carried out by a qualified heating engineer and comply with Building Regulations and BS 7593 standards

B. Electrical Products: Lifetime Guarantee

• Warranty against manufacturing defects for the expected service life of the product (as long as you own it)
• Applies to genuine Chameleon products purchased through us as an authorised retailer only
• Excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, overload, tampering, or misuse
• Electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Improper installation voids the guarantee

5. Liability

• Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product supplied
  
• We cannot accept liability for indirect losses (such as reinstallation costs, damage to décor, or downtime)
  
• Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected
  

6. Governing Law

• Cast Iron radiators are supplied under Northern Irish law
• Electrical goods are supplied under English law
• Your consumer protections under UK law remain unaffected
