• How do I know if the colours will match my walls?

  Colour is beautifully changeable — it can shift with light, texture, and technology.

  While our images are carefully colour-matched, appearance may vary between screens, lighting, and materials.

  Wall colours may differ if colour- matched paint is used or surfaces aren’t properly primed.

  Each Chameleon product is expertly matched to the original paint colour itself. We don't believe there are shade variations across different materials of products, visible to the human eye.

• Why is the Chameleon range only available in some colours?

  Just like our name suggests, we’re always changing our colours.
  
  We launch colours in limited drops — one at a time — based on what people love most. Each drop keeps things fresh and exciting, always evolving with you.

  Right now, our range is available in one signature colour, with a second drop coming in soon.

  The reason for Hague Blue representing our debut colour collection is two-fold; firstly because traditional standard white fittings interrupt most on these finishes and secondly for its high usage popularity.

• How long does delivery take?

  We partner with reliable UK carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on schedule. Efficient and communicative delivery service is as important to us as it is to you.

  Cast Iron radiators are very heavy so we use specialist couriers to deliver your radiator to you in the safest, most efficient way possible. It is a 6 - 9 week leadtime for dispatch and delivery. Full info here.
